Case Study - Eviewer
An online property viewing and scheduling application
Aim:
To design and develop a website application which would allow estate agencies, homeowners and developers a facility to self-promote their properties. By providing a self-managed system, viewings may be added via the website and scheduled by the homeowner or by the agent as required.

Development Synopsis (Technical Information):
The system utilises a web-based database which allows images, descriptions and property details to be submitted via browser-based forms. In addition to this an associated SMS system allows people to text in a unique code which will interrogate the database and deliver (usually within 5-10 seconds) a response back to the handset with viewing information or property details if there are no viewings.
The system also handles both pay-as-you-go clients by virtue of SSL encrpyted payment phases and invoicing clients and issues subscription notice reminders to each and every homeowner on eviewer.
The system also provides an ongoing reporting element which displays viewings, property views, conversion rates and general site traffic reports to each property and provides dynamic PDF creation for invoicing and property details
